Guna: A decree by DM Kumar Purushottam of Guna city in Madhya Pradesh remains a matter of discussion, stating that the contractor will be paid only after the seal of 50% citizens on the quality of roads. The DM has stirred the contractors after this decree.

Guna DM Kumar Purushottam has given this order only after the complaints of CC road construction are constantly being received and recently the quality of road construction was found to be poor during DM's inspection. Under which, now, to test the quality of roads in the municipality area, it will be necessary to get 50% public seal in its residents.

After this instruction of DM, there was a stir among the contractors, because till now the work was done with the tip of the councillor. In which many flaws were found, roads used to be pits quickly, roads were also uprooted due to poor construction. Now after the construction of the road in any area or locality, the contractor will have to take signatures from 50% of the people of the same area. The construction will be done right, only then the contractor who will build the road will be paid. This will be the first time when the payment of the contractor will also require the seal of the residents.
