Infinix has already introduced its 180W Thunder Charge technology. The company is going to make it available with the upcoming flagship phone, which is scheduled to be introduced later this year. The company's new charging technology can charge the 4,500Mah battery up to 50 per cent in just 4 minutes, that is, it's going to take only 8 minutes to fully charge. Reports say that Infinix has also announced the 160W ultra-fast charge technology as a concept model last year. However, the 180W Thunder charge is scheduled to be introduced to users later this year.

There will be two charging modes: It is going to offer 2 types of charging modes. There is going to be a Furious mode, which is also going to be introduced on the Infinix Note 12 VIP, which can charge at maximum speed. It is also going to have a normal mode, which can charge at a faster speed but succeeds in keeping the temperature low.

The 4,500mAh battery will be instantly full-charged: Infinix is working with the world's leading battery manufacturers to develop a new 8C battery cell, which is also currently being given the maximum charging rate rechargeable lithium battery in the industry. For example, to reach a full charge in a short time, the company is going to use two 8C-rated batteries to achieve a combined capacity of 4,500mAh. Each battery is going to be charged at 90W. For safety, there will be several layers of safety to ensure that the efficiency will improve and that the temperature inside the car is working reduced while charging.

The phone will not heat up when it is fully charged: Three parallel charge pumps with a charging conversion efficiency of 99 per cent are charging 2 batteries, working to prevent overload and overheating. For security, the charging technology has 111 software and hardware security protection mechanisms for the security of smartphones, chargers, and charging cables. Along with this, there are 20 sensors, which are keeping an eye on the temperature of major components like USB ports, charging chips, batteries, etc. Charging technology ensures that the temperature does not exceed 43 degrees Celsius. This helps to prevent the battery from getting damaged.

Thunder Charge will also use an encryption chip, which will verify the cable by checking if it can handle the load. Users will be able to use the charging cable they want. Also, a thundering charge is also being used to power other devices with a capped speed of 60W or 100W.
