Follow a skincare routine: There is a month left till Karva Chauth, so make a skincare routine to take care of the skin. It includes three major steps: cleansing, toning, and moisturizing. By following these three regularly, you can improve your skin.

Use sunscreen: Skin expert Gagandeep Makkar says that daily use of sunscreen is very important. Even if you are indoors, still use sunscreen with 30 SPF. It protects your skin from pigmentation and UV rays of the sun.

Use chemical peels: Use chemical peels once a week. It helps remove dead skin cells and brightens the skin from within. Use 2% AHA, 2% BHA, and 5% PHA peeling solution for best results. After applying it, do not forget to apply sunscreen the next morning.

Apply vitamin C serum: Using a face serum containing vitamin C can help give your skin a glow. But, before applying it, do a skin patch test so that there is no problem of allergy.

Ice dipping: Do ice dipping to give an instant glow to the skin. Fill a bowl with ice water and dip your face in it for a few seconds. It improves blood circulation and reduces swelling.

Sleep, water, and diet: It is important to sleep for 7 to 8 hours every day to avoid dark circles. Along with this, try to drink 3 liters of water every day so that the skin gets internal moisture. Also include vitamins A, B12, C, and E in your diet so that the skin remains healthy and glowing.
