Businessman Dharmendra Anija of Ajmer city in Rajasthan is in the headlines all over the country these days. He has fulfilled his dream of purchasing land on the moon for his wife Sapna. He has given the land on the moon to the wife as a gift on the eighth anniversary of their marriage on 24 December. Dharmendra Anija told, "I had decided a year ago to give a gift of land on the moon to the wife for the next anniversary of the wedding. It has not been so easy to give this gift. The dream of purchasing land has been fulfilled. Purchasing land on the moon is not easy, if it were easy, anyone would have bought it. "

Dharmendra's wife Sapna Anija says, "I was so delighted by the surprise of the land on the moon in the gift that many times I was crying. I am probably the luckiest woman in the world who has received such a gift." She further says, "When I was asked at the ceremony to guess what you were being gifted. I thought there would be a car, jewellery or something special. But, there would be such a big special gift of land on the moon. I didn't even think." Three acres of land have been purchased on the moon in the name of Sapna on 14.3 North Latitude 5.6 East Longitude, Lect 20 parcels 377, 378 and 379.

Dharmendra Anija and Sapna Anija are residents of Ajmer. They have studied here in school and college. Both met at Ajmer Government College and got married later. After marriage, Dharmendra Anija runs a tour and travel business in Brazil and his parents live in Ajmer. Dharmendra has been with his family in Ajmer for the last ten months, he has a seven-year-old daughter, Riddhi. Dharmendra's father Ramdayal Anija is a contractor and Sapna's father Geesulal Arnodia is a retired bank manager.
