After the blockbuster success of Petta, Rajinikanth moved on to his next film, AR Murugadoss' Darbar. He started the shooting of the film last month in Mumbai with Nayanthara and Prateik Babbar. The schedule was wrapped on May 14 and now the latest reports suggest that Rajinikanth has found a formidable villain in Bollywood's macho man Suniel Shetty.

 According to a report, it's going to be Suniel Shetty vs Rajinikanth in Darbar.  Rajinikanth has already shot an action sequence with Prateik Babbar who will be seen playing Suniel Shetty's son in the film.

A source told media, "Anna, a corporate giant, will take on Thalaiva’s IPS officer. He joins the team during the second schedule which starts in the next few days in Mumbai and will be there all through".

The source further added, "The antagonist’s track has an emotional back-story also featuring Rajinikanth, which makes the revenge all the more exciting. There will be several confrontation scenes between the duos in the film which climaxes with a stylized, larger-than-life action scene".

For those unaware, this will be Suniel Shetty's return to the negative role after Main Hoon Na, Cash and No Problem. Apart from the Tamil film Darbar, Suniel Shetty will also be seen in Kannada film Pailwaan alongside Kiccha Sudeep, Malayalam film Marakkar: The Lion of the Arabian Sea.

There are also strong reports of Hera Pheri 3. Earlier Indra Kumar was on board to helm the film but he has exited the much-awaited sequel. But, now the buzz is that Priyadarshan is all set to return to the franchise and the movie is expected to go on the floors later this year. Hera Pheri 3 will reunite the trio of Suniel Shetty, Akshay Kumar and Paresh Rawal.
