Ingredients- 10-12 bread slices; white or brown 1 large potato boiled, 1 large green chilli finely chopped, 1 small onion finely chopped, 1/2 cup paneer grated, 1/2 tsp chaat masala, 2 tsp red chilli powder salt butter as per the requirement to taste.
First, mash the boiled potatoes in a bowl. Now add finely chopped onion with chopped chillies and mix well. Now add grated paneer, chaat masala, salt and red chilli powder based on your taste and add other ingredients to it and keep this potato mixture aside. Now put the butter on one side in all the bread slices, place the prepared potato masala in equal quantities on the other side and cover it with slices of other slices of bread on top of it.
Now add a little butter to the pan or pan. Now place the sandwich on top of it and bake on both sides on a low flame. When the sandwich is ready to dry, remove it from the pan. Place the sandwich on a slicing plate and serve hot with your favourite chutney, sauce and eat it with fun.
