Janmashtami gift of government, this Railway station to be named after Lord Krisha

RANCHI: The central Government has already changed the name of few railway stations and now it is about to change the name of Untari Railway Station of Jharkhand. On the occasion of Shrikrishna Janmashtami, the center has given a big gift to Jharkhand and has approved the name of a station of the state on Lord Krishna and changed the name of Untari railway station to Bansidhar railway station.

Actually, the Jharkhand government sent a proposal to the Union Home Ministry to change the name of a railway station in the state. Now the center has accepted this proposal. According to the proposal, the name of the city's Untari railway station will be changed to Bansidhar Nagar Railway Station. Actually, there is a temple of Lord Krishna in this area, which is called Banshhedhar Temple.

 Recently, the Central Home Ministry had changed the name of Mughalsarai Railway Station to Deen Dayal Upadhyay Railway Station. The name of the Robertganj railway station of Uttar Pradesh has also been named Sonbhadra.

MP CM Shivraj Singh Chauhan had said a few days ago that he would send a proposal to the Center for the name of the Habibganj railway station of Bhopal to the Atal Railway station.
