10 bread slices,

1 cup yogurt,

1 tsp turmeric,

1 tsp cumin seeds,

1 green chili,

3-4 curry leaves,

1 cup chopped onion,

2 tsp oil,

salt to taste

Add curd, turmeric, salt and 2 teaspoons of water in a bowl and mix well. Now add the bread slices and coat it well with a mixture. Add oil to the pan and let it heat up then add cumin seeds, green chillies, curry leaves and ginger and leave for a while. Then add onion and fry it till light pink. Then add slices of bread and run for a while and turn off the gas. Add green coriander and serve hot.
