Soups are not only delicious but also easy to make. Tomato soup is also easy to make. Tomato soup is rich in antioxidants. Helps fight diseases with lycopene, vitamin C which helps boost immunity. If you want to make a healthy and light meal, prepare this tomato soup, which takes only ten minutes to prepare.

Ingredients:
6-7 - Tomatoes
1 - Chopped Green Chillies
1 tbsp - ghee
1/4 tsp - powdered sugar
1 spoon cumin seeds
1/4 tsp - black salt
1/4 tsp - black pepper
A pinch of asafoetida
1 - Ginger
2-3 cloves of garlic
salt to taste

Method:

* Cut tomatoes, ginger and garlic roughly. After this add one chopped green chilli and grind them together.

* Set a pan on medium heat and add ghee to it. When the ghee gets hot, add cumin seeds and a pinch of asafoetida. Now put tomato paste in the pan.

*Shake it a little and add black salt with black pepper, powdered sugar and salt to taste. Stir well and keep it on medium flame till it boils.

* Once it boils well, serves with croutons and coriander leaves.
