Stomach gas is a common problem. For this, many people took to doctors for treatment. Stomach gas problem can be overcome with home remedies and foods. To remove gas from the stomach, a diet containing moong, gram, peas, pigeon pea, potato, beans, rice, and spicy chillies should not be consumed in large quantities. Fast-digesting foods like vegetables, khichdi, flour-made with bran, milk, luffa, pumpkin, spinach, tinda, turnip, ginger, Amla, lemon etc. should be consumed more.

Eating an apple on an empty stomach every day eliminates stomach problems like gas, constipation and acidity. Ginger is an excellent medicine for stomach problems. Regular intake of it ends problems of gas, acidity, loss of appetite. Peppermint has anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties. If you have pain in the stomach, drinking mint syrup or juice, drinking it is beneficial. Consuming lemon is very beneficial for the stomach.

Constipation is not caused by drinking lemon juice in lukewarm water daily on an empty stomach. Papaya is found in high amounts of fibre. If you have any problem related to the digestive system, then take papaya after meals. Celery also acts as a medicine for the stomach. Chew celery and after that drink a cup of warm water, stomach pain will be cured. Drink a glass of milk every day. Avoid rich and spicy foods.
