PM Modi's birthday to be very special this time, know what's the plan?

New Delhi: To mark PM Narendra Modi's "two decades in public service," the BJP will launch a 20-day "Seva and Samarpan" campaign on his birthday on September 17, which will include a number of welfare activities. Since Modi became PM in 2014, the BJP has been celebrating his birthday as 'Seva Diwas' and organizes welfare activities across the country for a week, but this time it has been extended to 20 days as Modi completes two decades in the electoral fray.

BJP President JP Nadda has issued instructions to party workers to organize health and blood donation camps as part of the campaign and distribute rations to the poor. He has asked all state units of the BJP to carry out welfare works in compliance with corona rules. Nadda has also asked party workers to visit anti-corona vaccination camps to facilitate the vaccination drive.

As part of the campaign, BJP workers will launch a massive cleanliness drive on October 2, the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, and encourage individuals to use khadi and local products. BJP workers from across the country will also send 5 crore postcards which will mention that they are dedicating themselves to public service. The party has also asked the workers to publicize the auction of gifts received by Modi.
