The Bombay High Court has recently said that the police have every right to question the people present outside late at night. Let us tell you that there was a hearing in the three-year-old case in the court, and then all this was said. In this case, there were charges of drunken driving and running away from the police against a man. It is being told that the policeman had lodged an FIR in this case. At the same time, now the court has refused to quash the FIR registered against the person. The matter is being told of February 2, 2019, when the sub-inspector had lodged an FIR.

It is being told that during that time the policeman was posted in Vile Parle to investigate drunk drivers. At the same time, at 1.50 pm, a driver passed by and on trying to stop, he ran away after hitting the barricade. However, he was chased by the police and stopped near the Andheri bridge. At that time, the police found that seven people were present in the two cars, including two women. In this case, the police say that the driver of the first car was drunk and was refusing to investigate. Not only this but he also tried to give bribe. According to a report that surfaced, the young man came positive in the investigation and did not have a driving license.

After all this the group tried to shoot the video with their phones and refused to sign the fine slip. At the same time, there was a fight between the two sides. It was alleged in the FIR that 7 people misbehaved with the policemen and also manhandled additional people sent to the spot. In this whole matter, the petitioner's lawyer Rohini Wagh raised questions on the sections. According to a report that surfaced, he was in the second car and had changed seats after the women got down from the first car. It was said that the young man did not drink alcohol. Apart from this, the counsel also submitted that the petitioner has started a new work and has no criminal history. In this case, the court says that it does not matter that the petitioner was sitting in a different car and had changed seats with the women sitting in the first car. He said, 'It is a matter to note that after this the police were abused and beaten up.'
