CM Amarinder's chair in danger, crucial meeting to be held today

Chandigarh: Political turmoil in the country has increased for some time now, the turmoil in the Punjab Congress has increased to such an extent that CM Captain Amarinder Singh's chair seems to be in trouble. In fact, after a letter from 40 MLAs disappointed with the Captain, the Congress High Command has taken a major decision and convened a meeting of the Legislature Party at Punjab Congress Bhawan in Chandigarh at 5 pm today.

The same Punjab Congress in-charge Harish Rawat has reported about the legislature party meeting on social media at midnight on Friday after meeting Sonia Gandhi. Ajay Maken and Harish Chaudhary will also be present as central observers and prepare a complete report and send it to the high command. At the same time, it is being said that the Congress Legislature Party meeting is on the 18-point formula of the High Command, but given the stand of the rebels, it is clear that a no-confidence motion is ready to be moved against the Captain.

Harish Rawat was also being questioned by the same rebel group, two observers are being sent for today's meeting, which no one will have the opportunity to raise later. Captain Amarinder Singh has also called his nearest MLAs for a meeting at Siswan Farm House as soon as he came to know about the convening of the Congress Legislature Party meeting. The Captain is said to be working on a strategy on how to deal with the rebel group if it brings a no-confidence motion.
