Meerut: Three miscreants, including the mastermind of the Bavaria gang, were injured in an encounter with police at Shatabdinagar in Partapur police station area after midnight on Wednesday in Uttar Pradesh's Meerut district. The injured miscreants have been admitted to the hospital. This gang carried out robbery in four houses. In fact, in the Shatabdinagar of Paratapur police station area, late on Wednesday, the police was informed of the presence of the Bavaria gang in the area.

After that, the police laid siege to the Red Quarter area of Shatabdinagar in the night. On this, the Bavaria gang passing through there started firing on the police. In retaliatory firing, three gang miscreants were injured in the leg. The injured have been identified as the gangster Ramvir resident of Jogipura district Hapur, his son Sanju resident Jogipura and Sachin alias Billu resident Jogipura. While the gang's three crooks managed to escape. Police have recovered three rounds and a vehicle from them.

SP City Akhilesh Narayan Singh said that during interrogation it has been revealed that these miscreants committed the robbery incident in four houses on October 28 in Brij Vihar Colony of Partapur police station area. More than two dozen serious cases are registered in this district in different districts. The gang is absconding in search of the miscreants who are absconding.
