Three mid-day labourers get killed in a tragedy at Mahbubnagar

Many tragedies take place due to massive rainfall. In a recent case, an accident took place in Mahabubnagar district due to heavy rains. A terrific mishap took place in which three of the midday laborers were killed. The incident took place at Pagidyala village in the Gandhidham zone of the district. Three clay miners lost their life. A lady along with daughters Vaishali (14) and Bhavani (12) were killed when their old mud hut where they were living collapsed due to incessant rains from the past four days.

The mishap appears to have taken place around four o'clock in the morning. Their house was completely drenched as it was an old house and it had been raining non-stop all night and then in the early morning he hut collapsed at once. Three survivors who were sleeping in the house were killed in the incident. It has been raining heavily across the district for the last few days. With this, those living in old houses with unstable roofs are living in a gripped fear. Authorities constantly telling them to vacate the house so that such incidents do not happen again.

District SP Rema Rajeshwari, who received the information, investigated the spot. Authorities are going through the incident. The veteran laborer's husband Mallappa survived the accident by sleeping outside the house. The bodies were shifted to Shad Nagar Government Hospital for postmortem. With the death of the mother and two daughters in the accident, along with the family, the whole village is in shock.
