Maharajganj: A three-year-old child was abducted on Monday evening from the Municipality Gautam Buddha Nagar ward. In this case, on the complaint of his father Saurabh Singh, the police have filed a kidnapping case against the accused husband and wife and started searching for both. Saurabh Singh, a resident of Babu Paesia of Nautanwa police station area, lives in a rented house in Municipality Gautam Budhnagar ward with his wife Kusum and three-year-old son Champion.

He came in contact with a couple from Andhra Pradesh three months ago. According to him, They used to sell Idli-Dosa's at Gandhi Chowk. In the complaint, Saurabh Singh said that "At one o'clock in the afternoon on Monday, the couple took my child from home to feed him Idli-Sambhar'. When he was late, he called on his mobile, but could not be contacted. Then they searched in Mahendra Nagar ward, where the handcart was standing. They got scared to see the door closed. Saurabh also said that he has come to the police station with his wife and filed complaint against the couple.

He has filed a case anticipating kidnapping. As per the information received, Inspector Shiv Manohar Yadav said that 'the investigation is being done on Saurabh Singh's complaint against Hari and his wife resident state of Andhra Pradesh by filing a case under section 363'.
