Lucknow: Cycle and slippers of three missing teenagers have been recovered from the river bank in Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh. All three are feared to have drowned in the river. Police is trying to find all three with the help of divers and seafarers. In Mirzapur, three teenagers who came out of the house in Pasiahi village under Kachwan police station area have gone missing under suspicious circumstances. The bicycle and slippers of the teenagers have been recovered from the sand ghat in Dhannupur.
It is feared that the missing teenager's slippers and cycle were found at the ghat and he drowned in the Ganges. Police is searching for the missing teenagers by employing the team of local seafarers and PSC Flood. At the same time, the relatives present at the ghat are in a bad condition. Jogesh Yadav, 14-year-old son of Mahendra Prasad Yadav, resident of Pasiahi village of Kachwan police station area, Shivpujan Yadav, 12-year-old son of Harihar Yadav, and Rahul Sahni, 12-year-old son of Krishnanand Sahni, all three left home with their cycles on Monday morning.
The family got worried when the three teenagers did not return home till late in the evening. The family did a lot of searching around. However, nothing was known of the teenagers. On the next morning, seeing the bicycles and slippers of the three teenagers at the sandal ghat in Dhannupur, the local people informed the relatives. The relatives identified the cycle and slippers. The family feared that the three teenagers had drowned while taking a bath in the Ganges. The police, who reached the information, engaged the local seafarers and boatmen and started searching for the missing teenagers. So far nothing has been found about the missing teenagers.
