Bhopal: The case of kidnapping of a 3-year-old child from Baragarh Chechili village under Kolar police station area of Bhopal, the capital of Madhya Pradesh, has come to light. The child named Varun Mina was playing outside the house at around 7 p.m. yesterday. After some time, when the family came out to see the child, he was not traced. The search for the child was launched, which revealed that a Creta car had just left the village of Chechili for Karwa Dam. The train passed through the road breaking the barricade.
Police also rushed to the spot after receiving information about the incident. The police force has also searched the forests of Kerwa Dam. Searches are also being conducted around the child's home. However, even after searching, the child has not been traced. Officials who rushed to the scene say the child will be searched as soon as possible. The child's father, Vipin Meena, works as an electrician, while the child's grandfather works in the forest department.
The whole family of the child is also cultivated. However, the reason behind the child's abduction is also unclear so far. There have also been rumours that a gang carrying children has been operating in the area for several days. At the moment, the police are investigating the whole matter. DIG Ershad Wali says that trying to find a missing child will be done soon.
