The Crime Branch of Delhi Police has arrested a high profile woman who has cheated on various people. The woman cheated by calling herself as vice president of a foreign English media house. Many times he also cited the victims to be well-known with leaders and bureaucrats. This woman has cheated from many businessmen in Delhi, Madhya Pradesh and Mumbai. Delhi and Bhopal were looking for her in three cases of Police Thug. The accused woman had left BTech's studies in the last year. 

According to Crime Commissioner Rajiv Ranjan, Ravi Patel does a business of travel agency in Lajpat Nagar. He had complained to cheat 30 lakh rupees in the name of buying a ticket against a woman named Payal Samuel (32). Payal had bought domestic and international air tickets of around Rs 30 lakh and also got US dollars. 

The woman had described herself as the Vice President of the English News Channel and had told Ravi Patel to get the business of crores of rupees. When Ravi asked for his money, Payal declined. When Ravi checked the Internet, it was discovered that the Vice President of the English media house is someone else. 

The Crime Branch filed the case on April 21 and inspector Ramesh Lamba's team started investigations. In the investigation, it was found that a case of thug against the woman is registered in Bhopal. Payal cheated businessman Chander Wadhwani in 2012. Eventually, the police had arrested the woman through surveillance on August 15 from Mumbai. 

In the inquiry, the police came to know that he used to call himself a senior executive of the firm. He also referred to the identity of leaders and bureaucrats. The businessmen had been talking about getting business of crores because of their good intentions.

Payal is married and his son is in the eighth grade. Father retired from a senior position in BHEL and mother was a lab technician in Bhopal. She filed for B.Tech in Maulana Azad College of Technology, Bhopal, but had left his studies in the last year. Payal had worked in some media houses from 2007 to 2012. She started cheating to become rich. He had bought oil checks and checks from Bhopal's businessman. The check was bounced. She was arrested in this case and was in jail for three months.
