Sesame Kheer Ingredients-
1 and 1/2 litre full cream milk
1/2 cup jaggery
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup condensed milk
1 cup sesame seeds
1 cup mix dry fruits
1 handful of cashew nuts roasted
Sesame kheer recipe- Take a pot and add milk to it and keep running continuously after placing it on the gas so that it does not get fried. Now take another pan and fry the sesame seeds dry and remove them on a plate. Now add a little ghee to a pan and fry the dried fruits until lightly golden. On the other hand, as soon as the milk starts decreasing, reduce the heat and add sesame seeds, condensed milk, nuts. Boil it well for 10 minutes. Now finally turn off the heat and add jaggery and dried fruits and mix well so that the lump does not remain. Serve this hot and enjoy it with your loved ones.
