Make sesame peanuts Chikki at home before Makar Sankranti

The festival of Makar Sankranti is coming up. In such a situation, if you are thinking of making something of sesame seeds, you can make sesame peanuts from sesame seeds. It is very easy to make and very delicious to eat. Let us tell you the method.

Material-
Sesame – 75 g
Peanuts – 75 g
Jaggery – 160 g
Sonth powder – 1/2 tsp
Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
Ghee – 3 tbsp


Method: To make sesame groundnut dry, first take 75 grams of sesame seeds, 75 grams of groundnut, 160 grams of ground jaggery. Now place a pan on the gas, add sesame seeds and fry well while running continuously. Then, when the sesame seeds start crackling, turn off the gas and remove the sesame seeds on a plate. Now add peanuts to the pan and fry well. In the meantime, turn off the gas after the peanuts are cracked and remove the peanuts on the plate. Now, when the peanuts have cooled down, remove the peanut peel and strain it.

Now take a grinding jar, add sesame seeds (when the sesame seeds are cold) and make a coarse powder. Then remove the powder from a plate and now add groundnut seeds to the grinding jar and make a coarse powder. Then remove the groundnut powder on a plate of sesame powder. Now add 1/2 tsp sonth powder, 1/2 tsp cardamom powder and mix well.

Then place a pan on the gas, add 3 tbsp ghee and heat well. Now after melting the ghee, add ground jaggery and melt on medium heat. While melting the selected jaggery, take a tray and grease it with oil. Now when the bubbles start coming into the syrup and the syrup absorbs the ghee, turn off the gas and add the sesame-groundnut mixture to the pan and mix well. Then remove the mixture from the greek plate and spread it well. Now, after about 2 minutes, make cut marks on this and keep it for setting.
