The Central Government has extended the time limit of Smart City Mission by one year more. At the same time, the time of this five-year mission was to be completed in March 2020. But that will be completed on 31 March 2021. The main reason for this is that 100 smart cities were selected in different phases. At the same time, getting more time will help those cities whose projects have been selected in the last round. At present, the project worth Rs 10900 crore is in the state of implementation in Madhya Pradesh, while the detailed project report of the project worth Rs 2275 crore is being made.

The director of the Smart City Mission, who came to attend the Smart City CEO's two-day workshop 'Implementation', which started in Indore on Monday, was done by journalists.
