Till today for us Mowgli was just limited to kids story books but today we have a real life example of a girl named Tippi Degre who is known as real life Mowgli.

This girl grew up among different animals like elephants, leopards and more

For this little one growing up with most dangerous animals was her reality for initial years of her life and we get to see this adventure. “Her middle name is Okanti which means mongoose or meerkat and also happens to be the only animal to ever have bitten her.”

Tippi Benjamine Okanti Degré is presently 27 years old girl and she is pursuing the degree in cinema. Now she is living in the home but by heart, she is with animals.

For initial years of  Tippi Degre’s childhood, her "brother" was an elephant, her best friend was a leopard, and her playground was the African desert. She was born in Namibia

She is a daughter of French filmmakers and wildlife photographers, Alain Degre and Sylvie Robert. Her mother adds "She was in the mindset of these animals," her mother said. "She believed the animals were her size and her friends."

Tippi Degre’s mother says-"I have no regrets. We had lived with the Meerkats in the Kalahari desert for six years before Tippi was born. It was fantastic to have that to offer to a child compared to what I would be able to offer to one living in a city."“She missed the animals so much,” said Sylvie.
