To lead a healthy life it is really important to be updated. To achieve healthy body you need to achieve disease-free life. There are some of the basic yet effective tips which leads to a healthy life. Check them out.

*Hydration: Drink mini. 2 litres of water every day. Water helps in energizing your body.

*Mindful eating: Avoid eating junk, fried and processed food as these foods do more harm than good.

*Exercise: Work out for at least 45 minutes for 3 days a week.

*Sleep: Cut out all your distractions before bedtime. This will help you to get a sound sleep.

*Say NO: Say no to social media post 10 pm. Also, avoid drinking or smoking.

*Learn to manage stress: Meditation is the key to manage stress and depression.

*Say yes to breakfast: STOP going to work without breakfast. 

*Be regular with medical check-ups: Get them done once every 3 or 4 months.

*Maintain hygiene: Wash your hands after using a toilet and before eating food. Sanitize, take a bath, wear clean clothes and eat clean food.

*Don’t sit for too long: Avoid stationary lifestyle. Go for a short walk or stand up once for every 2 hours of sitting.
