Today we are going to share with you the recipe of shahi paneer recipe during this festive season.

Necessary ingredients :

1/3 cup dates, butter, seeds, soaked

2 tablespoons butter

1 tsp cumin seeds

1 tbsp ginger

1 cup tomatoes, puree

1/4 tsp turmeric

2 tsp coriander powder

2 tsp salt

1 tsp red chilli powder

3 green chillies, sliced

Crushed cheese

1/2 cup water

15 pieces of cottage cheese

2 tbsp coriander leaves

2 pieces of butter

Preparation method: First of all soak the melon seeds in water for 30 minutes. Then grind and make a smooth paste and keep aside. Now heat ghee in a pan, and make sure that it does not burn. Now add cumin seeds and fry then add ginger to it and cook for a while. Now add tomato puree and cook on low heat. Then add melon seed paste and stir well and then cook for a minute. Now add coriander, turmeric, red chilli, green chilli and salt. Now add a little crushed paneer to it and then let it boil, while adding water, cook it on medium flame. Now add the paneer pieces and then cover them with gravy. Now after that let it cook for one more minute. Finally, garnish by adding green coriander and butter and serve.
