Make tricolour barfi at home before Jan 26

Tricolour Barfi Making Materials-
Ghee – 1/4 cup
Milk – 3/4 cup
Milk Powder – 2.5 cups
Sugar powder – 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
Green Food Coloring
Saffron Eating Color

Method of making tricolour barfi- To make tricolour barfi, first place a pan on medium heat and add 1/4 cup ghee and melt. Then after melting the ghee, add 3/4 cup milk and mix well on a low flame. Now, little by little, 2. Add 5 cups of milk powder and mix well. Then after mixing everything, add 1/2 cup sugar powder mix well and cook on a low flame until the mixture starts to release the pan. When the mixture starts coming out of the pan, add 1/2 tsp cardamom powder and mix well. Then turn off the gas remove the mixture to a bowl and let it cool a little. Don't let it cool completely. Now divide the mixture into three parts and now add two pinches of green colour to one part and mix well. Then add two pinches of saffron food colour to the second part and mix well. Now take a tray and grease it with oil or ghee. Then remove the green part in a tray and spread it well. Now then pour the white part on the green mixture and spread well. Now at the end of the day, add saffron colour and spread well. Now cut into the shape you want.
