Kolkata: The battle of Nandigram, the most high-profile seat in the West Bengal assembly elections, is going to be more interesting now. Here, separate helipads are being made by both parties (TMC and BJP). The BJP has completed the task of building its helipad. A helipad has been built by the BJP in the Kendra area of Nandigram, which is built on agricultural land just off the main road. It has been built by renting 5 bighas of land and a road has also been built to reach this helipad.

At the same time, two helipads are also being built by TMC. A helipad is currently undergoing a trial run by the police on agricultural land in Nandigram Kheria Pada. A helipad has been built in the lock area. In fact, for the next few weeks, Star Preachers will reach Nandigram on behalf of both parties and campaign for their candidates, among them are big leaders like Mithun Chakraborty, Smriti Irani, Amit Shah. Also from the TMC, Mamata Banerjee is a star campaigner herself and also a candidate.

A permanent home for Mamata Banerjee is also being seen here. At the same time, a permanent office is also being opened, in such situation, Mamata Banerjee will spend some days in Nandigram along with campaigning in the whole of West Bengal. For this reason, helipads are being built by TMC here.
