Recently he spoke to reporters and in this conversation he said, "If the Trinamool Congress MLAs are not trusting the party then how will the common people do."

He also spoke during this period citing an emergency meeting at the Chief Minister's residence following the resignation of Trinamool Congress leader Shubhendu Adhikari. He said, "Didi has failed in the state's disaster management and is now busy in the party's disaster management." Now such meetings will be more as many people are queuing up to join BJP. "Apart from this, he also said that" BJP President JP Nadda is expected to come to West Bengal on November 8 or 9. Trinamool days have passed now. The police is under their control, yet people are joining us, which means the party is over now. ''

Trinamool MLA Mihir Goswami on Friday left the party and joined BJP. To this, Dilip Ghosh said, "Goswami's joining the BJP is just the beginning, more people will join BJP in the coming months."
