Satabdi Roy alleged that she is no longer invited to any party program in her area, she said "If I meet Amit Shah, there is nothing wrong. As an MP, I can meet the Home Minister of the country."

Satabdi Roy said, "The party did not make Satabdi Roy. I was a star on my own. The party must give minimum respect to me. I was invited to a roadshow after which Mamata Banerjee had asked me to join the party," said Shatabdi Roy on the incessant revolts in the Trinamool Congress, saying that if more than ten people are saying the same thing, something will go wrong.
