Sudip Bandyopadhyay, the TMC MP who is arrested in his connection with Rose Valley chit fund scam has been admitted to SCB Medical College Hospital yesterday in Cuttack. While his stay at the Special Jail at Jharpada in Bhubaneswar he told that he is suffering from the chest pain.

He was firstly taken to the state-run Capital Hospital where doctors suggested them to shift him to the SCB Medical College Hospital in Cuttack.

He is in Judicial Custody for 14 days from 12 January as the court has rejected his plea of bail. On January 3, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) arrested him from Kolkata in connection with chit fund scam.
