Kolkata: In West Bengal, the sound of corona waves is seen suppressed in the face of election noise. But in election promises, corona and its vaccine have now come into the limelight. The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Friday announced that all the people of Bengal will be vaccinated free of cost if its government is formed in West Bengal.

Let us know that just a day before this, CM Mamata Banerjee also made a similar election promise. However, after the BJP announcement, the Trinamool Congress (TMC) retaliated and termed it a BJP 'jumla'. The BJP promised a free vaccine on the last day of campaigning just before the seventh phase of voting on 26 seats on 26 April. The Bengal BJP said in a tweet that if the BJP government comes to power in West Bengal, all people will be given the Corona vaccine for free. Let us know that there is an eighth phase voting on April 29 and after that, the electoral riot will end and the results will come on May 2.

However, after the BJP announced a free vaccine, the Trinamool Congress retaliated and said that the BJP government forgot its promise of free vaccine in Bihar soon after it came to power in Bihar in November 2020. Tell me, at the time of Bihar elections, the BJP had promised that if the NDA government is formed again, it will provide free vaccine to all the people of Bihar.
