Kolkata: Sayoni Ghosh, the President of the Young Trinamool Congress, has made headlines. In reality, he was apprehended in Tripura for attempting to murder someone. He is reported to have attempted to assassinate a BJP official. A complaint has been filed against Sayoni under Sections 307 (Attempt to Murder) and 153 based on the information collected. Sayoni Ghosh is accused of attempting to crush BJP workers during a public assembly, according to police.

In this case, the Agartala police are claimed to have apprehended him. According to sources, Sayoni will appear in court today, and the TMC is expected to file a bail plea on his behalf. However, it is anticipated that Saioni will have a hard time getting release because section 307 makes it impossible to gain bail from the outside. Sayoni might have to spend a few days in jail, it's possible. The party, on the other hand, made a point about it, saying, "Sayoni was staying at a hotel in Tripura." Around 11 a.m., police arrived at the hotel and brought Sayoni to the police station for questioning. Sayoni was apprehended by police after an interrogation.

"Tripura police resorted to lathi-charge on party workers," according to the TMC. Abhishek Banerjee has also posted some videos on the subject. "The police are functioning under the pressure of the state government," the TMC added. First the BJP people attacked us and then the police also took action against the TMC leaders.'
