Agartala: The stalemate over the meeting of Trinamool Congress National General Secretary and Lok Sabha MP Abhishek Banerjee in Agartala on Sunday has come to an end. Agartala police have approved Abhishek Banerjee's Agartala meeting with 15 conditions. On Saturday, Tripura police made corona negative report mandatory for visitors to the state.

Since then, questions have been raised about Abhishek Banerjee's meeting. TMC leader Kunal Ghosh held a meeting with the police over the same. This permission was granted after that meeting. Let me tell you that there is speculation that BJP MLA Ashish Das will join the TMC in this House. The first condition laid down by the police must ensure that there is no untoward situation in the house.

Police have said that there should be a meeting while maintaining peace. The venue, time and route of the House has to be strictly followed, for those who are going to attend the meeting, that is, Trinamool Congress workers and supporters have to ensure that the road is not jammed in any way. It is the responsibility of TMC leaders.
