Madurai: This news proves that humanity is still alive. In fact, people in Sivaganga district have set a good example for humanity. According to the information received, the entire village for a bird and its children spent time in darkness for more than a month. A bird used to live in the house and it has a connection of street light of the village. She gave birth to her children right there. After seeing this, the people of the village decided that they would not use the switchboard until the eggs burst out and the children grow up.

This is a really laudable thing. Recently, Karuppuraja, who lives in Pothakudi village near Maravamangalam, told media "There are 35 streetlights in the village. These streetlights have a common switchboard. This switchboard is installed outside his house. He used to switch on this switchboard after dark in the evening. He also said, "One day at the beginning of lockdown I saw that a bird has made its nest inside the switchboard. When I peeped inside it, three blue and green eggs were laid in it."

Everyone is praising the people of this village. Karuppuraja said, "There is a WhatsApp group named Pothakudi Iliganargal Kuzhu of the village. In this group, he posted a picture of nests and eggs. He reported having a nest and eggs on the switchboard. After this, all the members of the group decided that until the birds come out of the eggs and grow up, they will not light the street lights."
