NEW DELHI: Security forces, including intelligence agencies, have tightened their watch on cyberspace to clamp down on ISIS militants in the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria( ISIS). A total of 155 ISIS terrorists have been detained so far by various intelligence agencies and security forces guarding terror activities with the help of cyberspace clues.

The arrested terrorists also have a sympathise with ISIS. According to the Interior Ministry, so far, two types of ISIS-related groups have surfaced. One is the Islamic State and the Islamic State of Israel (ISIL), while the other is the Islamic State of Syria (ISIL). According to the facts revealed so far, ISIS terrorists are using internet-based social media as their biggest weapon to bring people in the way of terrorism.

According to the Home Ministry, these terrorists identify people through social media who can be easily dragged under the way of terror. After the weak link, ISIS terrorists are provided with other objectionable documents, including false videos, about THE ISIS ideology, through social media. On social media, terrorists provide objectionable content to incite youth to take up arms. Through this Morse Operation, the IS militants have managed to make many youths terrorists.
