The weather department has issued an alert for southeastern cities, warning of heavy rain at some places. According to the weather forecast, there may be heavy rains with thunderstorms in Sirohi, Chittorgarh, Udaipur, Banswara, Dungarpur, Bhilwara, Rajsamand, Kota, Baran, Jhalawar and Bundi districts on Thursday.
At present there is a very low pressure area around the Bay of Bengal, Odisha and West Bengal. It is expected to move towards South Gujarat via Odisha, Chhattisgarh and MP. The reason for this is the possibility of increasing monsoon activity in many areas of the state. In some areas, there may be 65 to 115 millimeters of rain. Budhwar received a rainy season in many areas of the state. According to the weather forecast, 29 mm rainfall has been recorded in Chittorgarh, 18 in Udaipur, 17 in Ajmer, 11 in Vanasthali, 8 in Phalodi and 4 mm in Bhilwara.
