Ingredients for making strawberry pastries-
Strawberries = 8 to 10
Cold whipping cream = 3/4 cup
Condensed milk = 2 tbsp
Sugar = 4 tbsp
T-cake slices = as needed
Milk = as per requirement
Cherry = as per requirement
Red Food Color = 2 Drops


Method of making strawberry pastry - To make a strawberry dessert, first of all make a strawberry puree. After that, add strawberries and sugar to a blender jar, add 2 tablespoons of water to grind them, make a fine puree and keep them in the bowl. Now you keep the whipping cream in a whip and put cold whipping cream in a bowl and beat it from the beater to the cream until the stiff peak comes. When you see the cream fluffy and double in the earlier quantity, then your cream has been beaten. After this, add condensed milk to the whipping cream and mix with the spatula.

After that, add half of the puree to the cream that you have made and mix it. (Set aside half the strawberry puree to add it later) Then add red food color to the cream and mix it. Now make a dessert. Now you take a 6-inch dish of glass and  if you do not have a 6-inch dish, if you have a bigger dish than this, then you can also take that and now put a layer of cake in the dish by keeping the tea cake slices one by one. Then to moisten the cake, pour the milk over all the cakes with a spoon. (Do not pour all the milk well so that all the cakes become moist) Now take the remaining strawberry puree on the cake and put it on the cake and spread it with the help of pellet knife and now put more or less of the whipping cream on it according to your test and apply the thick layer while spreading the help of pellet knife.

After this, to apply the second layer of dessert, put the tea cake one by one on top of the cream and apply the other layer and then moise the cake with milk and spread the remaining strawberry puree and then add the whipping cream and spread it well. So that the upper layer of the desert becomes plane. Now finally put the remaining whipping cream in the piping bag and put the star nozzle in the piping bag and make the design on the top of the dessert and then put the cherry on it. After that, keep the dessert in the fridge for half an hour and after half an hour remove the dessert from the fridge and cut it into pieces from the knife and serve.
