Today's Cryptocurrency Prices: Bitcoin and Ethereum Rise

Early on March 14, cryptocurrencies were trading in the green. The global crypto market capitalization is at USD1.99 trillion, down 0.60 percent from the previous day. The overall crypto market volume over the last 24 hours has decreased by 16.56 percent to USD89.09 billion.

The entire volume in DeFi is currently USD11.10 billion, accounting for 12.46 percent of the total 24-hour volume in the crypto market. The overall volume of all stablecoins is now USD72.80 billion, accounting for 81.71 percent of the total 24-hour volume of the crypto market.

Bitcoin's price is currently USD44,283.20, with a 42.29 percent market share. According to CoinMarketCap data, this represents a 0.40 percent increase over the previous day.

In other developments, Ukraine began auctioning off a collection of non-fungible tokens (NFTs) on Friday, as part of a cryptocurrency fundraising campaign that Kyiv claims has already raised over USD65 million for its war effort.
