Climate activist Disha Ravi has been granted bail on a personal bond of Rs 1 lakh in the toolkit case related to the farmers' movement. A strange incident occurred between the hearing of this case, one judge was listening to the plea of the police at the same time, the other judge granted bail. Dignitran Rana, the judge of the agitations, has granted bail on personal bonds of Rs 1 lakh and 2 surety amounts of Rs 1-1 lakh each. He said that she has no criminal history. The hearing was going on in two courts in the Disha Ravi case. In one court, the judge was hearing the application for increasing the police custody of Disha, while in another court, the hearing is going on for her bail. Before any decision can be taken to increase the custody, Disha receives bail from another court. She was released from Tihar jail late on Tuesday night.

According to the information received, sedition cases have been filed against Disha Ravi. However, she was relieved when the Delhi Police, during a hearing, admitted that it did not yet have evidence that the toolkit and Delhi violence were in sync.

This is also being said, where Disha Ravi had said earlier that if treason was perpetrated on the farmers for raising their voice to the global stage, then she is fine in jail. The Delhi Police, in the midst of the hearing, said in its favour that the toolkit case was part of a deeper conspiracy to tarnish India's international image which includes Mohammad Dhaliwal, founder of the Poetic Justice Foundation, sitting in Canada. On whose direction, many people including Disha Ravi are present in it. For this, the peasant movement has been chosen. So that it can tarnish the image of India.
