In the top 10 list of "India's Best Workplaces for Women 2022," eight IT companies were included this year. A survey by the Great Place to Work served as the foundation for the list's release.

Accenture Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Cisco Systems India Pvt. Ltd., Cisco Systems India Pvt. Ltd., H & R Block (India) Pvt. Ltd., HP, Pitney Bowes India Pvt. Ltd., Salesforce, Synchrony International Services Pvt. Ltd., Thoughtworks, and VOIS are the top 10 companies in the nation for women.

Ford Motor Pvt. Ltd. and Synchrony International Services Pvt. Ltd. are the only non-IT businesses among the firms.

Furthermore, businesses like HDFC Life Insurance Company, Flipkart Internet Pvt. Ltd., PwC, Myntra Designs Pvt. Ltd., and others were listed among the top 50. Several other organisations, including Canara HSBC Life Insurance Company Limited, DBS Bank Ltd., India, Ericsson India Global Services, IDP Education India Pvt. Ltd., Mastercard Incorporated, Shiv Nadar School, Wipro Ltd., and many more, were included in the top 100 list.

Great Place to Work is the leading expert on creating, maintaining, and recognising high-trust, high-performance workplace cultures. Every year, surveys are carried out to identify the business that offers its employees the best working conditions.

This year, Great Place to Work India evaluated 1,122 companies where women employees made up at least 10% of the workforce and gave at least 70% of positive feedback on the Trust Index assessment. A list of the top 100 businesses was created using that information.
