SSC JHT Application Form
After releasing the notification, SSC will be releasing the SSC JHT Application Form for candidates to apply for their desired posts. Here are some instructions for you to follow while filling the application form.
Firstly, if you are willing to apply for Junior Hindi Translator post the make sure you have all the scanned copies of photograph, ID Proof, and a valid email ID ready.
Check if the internet connection is proper so that there is no network interruption while filling the form.
Follow the instruction carefully while filling the form and cross check all the details if they are correct.
Go through the format of the photograph that has to be uploaded to the form.

SSC JHT Eligibility
As the eligibility criteria is the most important parameter while filling the form, here are the prescribed eligibility criteria by the board. If you are willing to apply then, make sure you fulfill the eligibility completely and then continue with the application process.
Nationality:
The applicant must be an Indian Citizen,
or subject of Nepal,
or Bhutan,
or a Tibetan refugee who came over to India, before the 1st January 1962, with the intention of permanently settling in India, or
a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania
Age Limit:
Candidates applying for JHT must not exceed 30 years. Age Relaxation is applicable according to the notification released by the examination authority.
Educational Qualifications:
Candidates need to have a Bachelor degree or Master's Degree from a recognized University or equivalent in Hindi or English.
Candidates must also have a two years experience of teaching Hindi at Senior Secondary level under Central or State Governments or recognized educational Institution.

SSC JHT Selection Process
The Junior Hindi Translator exam is conducted in two stages which include
Paper-I: Objective type
Paper-II: Conventional Type
Paper-I: The paper-I includes two different languages objective type question paper. The paper includes General Hindi for 100 marks while General English for 100 marks. The questions asked from degree level are designed to test the candidate's skill in each language, check ability to write the languages correctly, precisely and effectively.
Paper-II: The paper-II consists of two passages for translation from Hindi to English and English to Hindi. There is also an essay each in Hindi and English to check candidate's skill and ability in the language.
