Every year many people come to visit Madhya Pradesh, however, many people get information about the cities here, about the place to visit and about the mines before roaming around so that after coming here they get a chance to do everything. Now today we are going to tell you about some of the famous dishes of Madhya Pradesh, which if you are going there, do not come without eating.  

Dal Bafla - Dal Bafla, influenced by Rajasthani speciality Dal Bati, is a popular dish in Madhya Pradesh. Here the wheat flour is given the shape of balls (called buffla), after which they are dipped in ghee and crisped. At the same time, Bafla is served with a bowl of spicy dal and green chutney (coriander sauce).

 
Indori Namkeen -
The namkeen made in Madhya Pradesh is famous all over India. Indori namkeen can't find you in any other city and you will get a different taste in it.  
 
Sik Kebab- Seek Kebab is one of the most loved non-vegetarian dishes of Madhya Pradesh.

Grinder's vegetables- The grinder's vegetables are characterized by boiled flour in a spicy Indian gravy, and it is served as a side dish on festive occasions. It is quite famous in Indore.

 
Malpua-
Malpua is mainly prepared with flour. It is fried in ghee and then dipped in sugar syrup. You must eat it with rabri.

 
Mawa Bati -
Mawa Bati is a unique sweet found only in Madhya Pradesh. Its shape looks like gulab jamun, but it is crunchy and made with the right texture and sweetness in it.
