The sharp demise of bollywood veteran actress Sridevi left the nation in mourning. The talented and beautiful actress who gave Bollywood many of its blockbusters passed away at a relatively young age of 54. Not only did she have a remarkable career in Bollywood, the legend was a huge hit in the South film industry. Reportedly, superstar Rajinikanth has flown to Mumbai to pay his respects to the late actress. Apart from Rajinikanth, top stars from the Telugu film industry too, are expected to attend her funeral. Namely, Chiranjeevi, Nagarjuna, and Venkatesh are likely to be representing the Tollywood. Bharathiraaja, K Raghavendra Rao, Ambareesh, Prakash Raj and many other personalities from South films are expected to be in Mumbai to be part of her funeral.

Bollywood actress Rani Mukherji, veteran actress Rekha, Bollywood filmmaker KJo aka Karan Johar, Manish Malhotra and several others star arrived at Bollywood actor Anil Kapoor's home to pay their last respects to veteran actress Sridevi. Her untimely death has left millions of fans heartbroken, who twist up outside her residence to catch one last glimpse of the actress. Veteran Sridevi suffered a cardiac arrest on February 23, in Dubai, where in attendance to the wedding celebrations of her nephew Mohit Marwah and Antara Motiwala. Sridevi's daughter Khushi Kapoor and Boney Kapoor were with her in her last moments. Sridevi's mortal remains will be flown back to India on Monday, for the funeral rites. As per the latest report, Veteran Actress Sridevi’s body is yet to be released by Dubai Police’s forensic department. The publication had earlier reported that the veteran actor's autopsy had been completed and the family was awaiting laboratory reports conducted by the General Department of Forensic Evidence.
