Ahmedabad: The counting of votes for the Gujarat Assembly elections is underway. There is a triangular contest between the BJP, Congress, and the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), but here the BJP seems to be unilaterally breaking every record and forming the government. Meanwhile, all eyes are on the assembly seat of Rivaba Jadeja, wife of Team India all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja. Rivaba Jadeja is contesting on a BJP ticket from the Jamnagar North seat in Gujarat and is leading in the counting of votes. Here Bipendrasinh Jadeja of Congress is contesting against her, along with Karshanbhai Karamur of AAP. In such a situation, it remains to be seen whether Rivaba Jadeja will win and become an MLA or not. 

Let me tell you, Ravindra Jadeja's wife Rivaba Jadeja has come to bat on the pitch of politics for the first time. Rivaba Jadeja, who is contesting as a BJP candidate from the Jamnagar North Assembly seat, campaigned against her father-in-law and sister-in-law. Not only this, but she also sought votes from the people for Congress candidate Bipin Jadeja. In such a situation, family differences were in the headlines more than they could in this high-profile seat.   

Ever since Rivaba announced to contest from the Jamnagar North seat, the political heat increased. Jamnagar North is considered to be the traditional seat of the BJP. In 2017, Dharmendrasinh Jadeja became MLA from this seat, but this time the party has given a chance to Ravindra Jadeja's wife Rivaba Jadeja in his place. In such a situation, her husband's father and sister Nayanaba Jadeja have created difficulty in front of Rivaba.
