Chris Martin, the singer for Coldplay, has revealed that he is having a "hard time" right now as he considers his religious background as an evangelical Christian. Martin stated, " "I'm going through a really tough time in my life right now. And going back to look at all of that is a part of coping with it. I couldn't sing The Stones' 'Paint It Black' because I believed it was wicked."

He used to have a coping strategy, but he no longer believes it is effective, according to media sources. "Any technique of coping is a strength when you acquire it," he remarked on the radio show, "but later in life, it might not necessarily benefit you anymore."

Martin had previously mentioned how he swears on meditation and sleep. "I don't get much sleep at night," he said. ''I meditate and take naps every now and again. Kickboxer Conor McGregor's trainer pushed me in that direction. I went to the gym after our last performance in Dublin, and he told me that the secret to life is forcing oneself to lie down for 15 minutes and close your eyes in the afternoon. Martin stated that he had eliminated dairy from his diet for the sake of his health.''
