Dehradun: On Wednesday, 6 passengers going for Chardham Yatra died in an accident in Uttarakhand. It is being said that all the passengers had left for the journey in the vehicle. After the accident, the police and administration team reached the spot. Rescue operation is going on. Giving information about the incident, Tehri Collector said, "The accident happened near Tehri district. The passengers had also carried a gas cylinder with them for cooking, due to which the accident happened.

According to sources, all the passengers who lost their lives in the accident are said to be from West Bengal. Recently, on 26 April, there was a painful accident in Pauri, Uttarakhand. Here a pickup car had fallen into a deep gorge. 6 persons were killed in the accident, while 5 people were injured. According to the police, all the people were returning after attending a wedding function.

On the other hand, since the beginning of Chardham Yatra, rain and snowfall in Uttarakhand has increased the problems of the devotees. At the same time, devotees are facing many difficulties on the way. After these problems, many precautionary steps have been taken by the Uttarakhand government and the figures of devotees have also been limited.
