On 21 July the Telecom authority of India (TRAI) announced that the Airtel, Vodafone and reliance receives the bunch of criticism from the consumers.
Mostly the complaints were of poor services from these companies. The complaints are coming from the users by past three years but still the problem is going on and there is no improvement in the services.
Among the three, most of the complaints were registered against the Bharti Airtel. In total 9,720 complaints were received by them. In which 3,527 is against Bharti Airtel.
