The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India has announced a new date regarding the rules for mobile number portability. The seventh amendment to the MNP rules was done in December last year, which will now be implemented from 16 December 2019. For information, let us know that the MNP rule, which came into effect from December 16, was stamped on December 13 last year. According to the new rule, a new SIM card can be found within two days of applying for MNP. Apart from this, if you apply for MNP from one state to another, then it may take five days.
