Hyderabad:Swati Lakra, additional director general of the Women's Safety Department, on Saturday launched a four-day training programme for the employees of trust centres at the Telangana State Police Academy here.
Speaking on the occasion, he said, "The Assurance Initiative is proud of the Telangana police and the Supreme Court also praised it as a repeat model across the country. He said refresher training was organized with the help of Nimhans in Bangalore to maintain the quality of service in the trust centres of the state. In each case, each victim will be rehabilitated as a result of the end of the services done. This gives us great satisfaction
DIG, Women's Safety Wing, BB Sumathi emphasized the need to train to improve the performance of the employees.
Nimhans Resource Person Sheila Ramaswamy spoke about the protection of child sexual abuse victims. He said that training assured employees who conduct such cases every day is a special thing. Assurance Technical Director Mamata Raghuveer spoke about future plans of assurance.
