Today we are going to share with you the incident last year where a Delhi court has fined and warned a person for disobeying the order of the Supreme Court regarding burning of firecrackers despite the deadline fixed on the occasion of Diwali. However, he was later granted bail.

The person did not even obey the police order and kept on firecrackers. The court granted bail to Mayank Singh on a bond of fifteen thousand. The police had gone out to patrol on November 7 last year when they saw Mayank burning firecrackers after ten o'clock. Later, when the police again came to that place, saw that Mayank was still standing there.

It is to be noted that the police registered a case under section 188 of the IPC. Please tell that on that night of Diwali, 550 cases were registered in Delhi alone for burning firecrackers. Out of which three hundred people were arrested. While appearing in court, Daroga Khajan Singh said that he was doing duty at night. That's when he saw Mayank burning firecrackers. The police warned him but he did not listen and continued to firecrackers.
